Desjardins Bank is committed to the well-being of its customers and employees

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Desjardins Bank management continues to follow the recommendations of government authorities and those adopted by Desjardins Group to help slow the spread of the virus.

Our number one priority has always been the health and well-being of our customers and employees.

Our business hours are changing

We're introducing an additional measure to prevent the spread of the virus. The business hours of our 4 branches are changing:

  • Hallandale Beach
  • Boynton Beach
  • Lauderhill
  • Pompano Beach

Our head office in Hallandale Beach and our branches in Boynton Beach and Pompano Beach will be open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., until October 9, 2020.

The Lauderhill branch is closed indefinitely.

We are also extending the operating hours of our call centre on an indefinite basis.

Our call centre is now open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

These measures allow us to be there for our customers, while minimizing physical interactions at a time when people are very worried. They also demonstrate our commitment to act as a responsible corporate actor and protect everyone's health and safety.

We encourage you to complete your transactions using methods that limit the spread of the virus in the community.

  • Our online banking services
  • Our ATMs, including Presto! in Publix Supermarkets and the Allpoint Network in participating retailers
  • Our mobile services application (tablets or smartphones)
  • Our call centre
