Residential Mortgages
Desjardins Bank offers residential 1-4 units mortgage loans and home
equity line of credit.
Generally, the maximum financing available is limited to 95%
loan-to-value for U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens on their
primary residence with either adjustable rate or fixed rate mortgage
loan programs. Non permanent residents may be financed to as much as 80%
loan-to-value on adjustable rate loan programs only. Please refer to our

Furthermore, Desjardins Bank also offers financing on individual
residential cooperative units. Please call us for details on these loan

Home equity lines of credit are limited to 80% combined loan-to-value
and is always on an adjustable loan rate program tied to the U.S. Prime
rate. Second homes are eligible for this product. Please call our loan
representatives for details. Consumer Loans
Desjardins Bank offers consumer loans such as car loans or personal
loans to U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens. These loans must
be well documented with income and credit history in the United States

mortgage options. Commercial mortgages are available for the purchase or
