Dispute a charge

Before disputing a charge on your Desjardins Bank MasterCard credit card, note that:
  • The transaction date isn't necessarily the date the purchase was made, but the date the retailer processed the transaction.
  • The city, province or state and country on the statement may not indicate the location of the purchase, but the location of the invoice deposit or company head office.
