Required document

  • The document to which your new card was affixed.

Procedure

  • Call the special ATIRAcreditSM activation hotline at 1-888-691-8681 and follow the instructions.

    OR

  • Call Desjardins Bank Customer Service: Contact your Desjardins Bank branch or call 1-800-454-5058.

  • Don't forget to sign your new card.

You can begin using your new card as soon as it is activated.
